Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Cybersecurity.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean searches, social networking, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and market trends.
- Provide feedback and market insights to hiring managers regarding candidate quality and availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of the IT/Engineering landscape and technical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively during the weekend shift hours (e.g., Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday).
