Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for weekend-specific and general roles using various job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage and update candidate data accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates regarding job inquiries and status updates.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless hiring process for our clients.
- Identify and engage passive candidates in the Washington DC and North Carolina markets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (required for on-site weekend interviews).
