Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Scheduling: Utilize various sourcing channels to identify passive candidates and schedule interviews for our engineering and IT clients.
- Screening: Conduct thorough phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Market Research: Stay current on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical terminology.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tools: Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
