In this role, you will drive our weekend hiring initiatives, managing the full-cycle recruitment process for critical technical positions. You will be responsible for engaging passive candidates, conducting interviews, and closing top talent, all while enjoying the benefits of a structured weekend shift.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume sourcing campaigns to identify qualified candidates for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding coordination.
- Leverage Boolean search strategies and ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality hires.
- Conduct virtual and on-site interviews, providing timely feedback and maintaining a superior candidate experience.
- Optimize job postings and recruitment marketing materials to attract weekend-specific talent.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably with a focus on agency or high-volume environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical stacks (React, Node.js, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven ability to meet weekly targets and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship building and negotiation.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and maintain a professional work-life balance.
