Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Assist with IT asset inventory and equipment maintenance.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to improve weekend support processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in IT preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong customer service skills and patience.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical IT tasks.
- Must be available to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
