Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to outline technical milestones, product features, and infrastructure upgrades for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.

- Architecture & Design: Design scalable system architectures that ensure high availability, security, and performance as we scale operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Innovation Labs: Lead a 'Future Tech' division dedicated to R&D, prototyping concepts that will define our market position in 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or strategic product management.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and managing complex projects from conception to launch.
