Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and pilot programs for futuristic product concepts and business models.

- Manage the innovation budget and secure resources for high-potential R&D projects and acquisitions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, engineering leadership, or business development.
- Proven track record of launching successful innovative products or leading strategic initiatives from concept to market.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic roadmaps.
- Strong leadership presence with experience mentoring high-performing engineering and business teams.
- Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, including AI integration, cloud architecture, and digital transformation.
