Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-first technologies (AI/Web3/sustainability)
- Expertise in futures thinking methodologies (scenario planning, trend analysis)
- Strong background in agile development and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
