Your Role & Responsibilities
As our Strategic Tech Architect, you will be responsible for the high-level design of our systems and the technology roadmap that defines our 2026 vision.
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the company leading up to 2026.
- Lead the architectural design of complex, scalable systems, ensuring high availability and performance under load.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Edge Computing) to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Oversee the integration of third-party APIs and cloud services to expand our ecosystem capabilities.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through major digital transformations.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong command of modern programming languages (Python, Go, or TypeScript).
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and data architecture is a significant plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
