As a Weekend Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless operations during peak weekend hours. We are looking for individuals who are ready to hit the ground running and thrive in a high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting via phone and email.
- Assist clients with hardware installation, software configuration, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to maintain high service standards.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates during scheduled shifts.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are strictly followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Reliable transportation to the San Diego office location.
