Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure optimal warehouse organization.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring timely distribution of goods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace by adhering to 5S methodologies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Willingness to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
