Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock levels and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and RF scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and log entries into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software or scanners is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- License: Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
