Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages and freight with speed and accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and shipments.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
- Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory counts during weekend audits.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, specifically weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
