Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect incoming inventory to ensure quality control and accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jacksonville facility.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
