- Assist remote clients with connectivity and account access issues.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to hand off critical tickets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or technical operations.
- Strong proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.
