Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled installations, repairs, and maintenance of telecommunications and IT equipment on-site at residential and commercial locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, providing effective solutions to end-users.
- Interact professionally with customers, explaining technical processes in a clear and friendly manner.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and local regulations during field operations.
- Manage inventory and ensure proper documentation of all work orders and service reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and toolset at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree is a plus.
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Basic proficiency with computers, tablets, and mobile diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some holidays as needed.
