Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop support tickets and server maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure seamless operations during weekend shifts.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot alerts proactively to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (e.g., Saturdays and Sundays) or specific weekend shifts.
