Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming IT support tickets efficiently.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security patches.
- Assist with onboarding and laptop setup for weekend staff.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
Qualifications
