Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain client systems during assigned weekend/night shifts
- Respond to urgent client inquiries and technical escalations within SLAs
- Complete comprehensive shift handover documentation
- Perform proactive system health checks and preventative maintenance
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams for seamless service delivery
- Document and resolve incidents using ITSM best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of shift operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in IT support, operations, or customer service
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Availability to work flexible weekends and overnight shifts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic networking/system administration knowledge
- Valid driver's license for potential on-site visits
