Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to internal employees.
- Manage and resolve IT helpdesk tickets within defined SLAs.
- Perform regular maintenance on workstations and servers to ensure system uptime.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to ensure seamless coverage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and troubleshooting network connectivity.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
