Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues and customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems for remote and on-site clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all support tickets and interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Provide clear, patient explanations to non-technical clients regarding complex issues.
- Stay updated on the latest software updates and troubleshooting protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or set schedule.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required if working remotely.
