We are looking for a problem-solver who can think on their feet and deliver exceptional service to our clients during our peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical troubleshooting and support for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Manage a high volume of incoming support tickets via phone and email within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs and suggest product improvements.
- Maintain a deep knowledge base of our products to provide accurate self-service guidance.
- Conduct weekend training sessions for junior support staff when needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS) and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop tools.
