Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and security updates.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support tickets and incidents.
- Collaborate with the full-time IT team to escalate complex problems and share knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support or a help desk role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and office productivity software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems under pressure.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
