Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to internal staff and clients via phone and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and network connectivity.
- Perform routine maintenance and software updates during the quiet weekend window.
- Log all incidents and resolutions accurately in the Service Desk Management system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the on-call team for escalated issues requiring weekend intervention.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
