Job Overview:
As our Weekend IT Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our clients during the weekend peak hours. You will handle hardware setups, troubleshooting, and ensure our systems run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software issues on weekends.
- Perform routine maintenance and inventory checks for IT equipment.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations for new staff members.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and printer issues efficiently.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the company CRM system.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the on-call team lead to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT is a plus).
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for equipment setup.
