Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.
- Mentor and lead a small team of technicians and support staff.
- Monitor technical systems and troubleshoot any operational discrepancies immediately.
- Generate and review weekend performance reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday operations team to ensure continuity of service.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve them with a high degree of professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Technology is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or technical support.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting skills.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a recurring basis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable transportation is required.
