- Monitor server health and network infrastructure 24/7 during weekend shifts.
- Resolve escalated technical support tickets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Perform scheduled backups, updates, and security patches to ensure system integrity.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, including hardware provisioning and asset tagging.
- Conduct routine system audits and generate performance reports.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
- Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
