Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance during weekend operations.
- Manage and update customer databases with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in troubleshooting software and hardware issues for remote clients.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
- Participate in weekend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
