- Participate in ongoing training on new products and support protocols
- Monitor chat queues during assigned weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or technical support
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing multiple chat conversations
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently and self-manage during weekend shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar preferred)
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM CST)
