Responsibilities
- Perform routine system maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for on-site and remote clients.
- Respond to technical support tickets and service requests with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the week-day team to ensure seamless project transitions and continuity.
- Uphold strict data security protocols and compliance standards.
- Conduct hardware and software inventory audits on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
