Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates on LinkedIn and other job boards during Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Managing candidate pipelines and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Conducting background checks and reference verification for selected candidates.
- Posting job openings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred but not required (immediate hire for driven candidates).
- Strong understanding of the technology sector and technical roles (DevOps, Software Engineering, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- High school diploma or GED required.
