Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and printer malfunctions.
- Log and track all support requests and incidents in the ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations and mobile devices.
- Assist with onboarding new hardware and software installations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and clear understanding of technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
