Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage a high volume of helpdesk tickets, prioritizing based on urgency and impact.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions using our CRM tools.
- Conduct remote sessions and on-site support visits as required by client needs.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work the full weekend schedule (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic networking protocols.
