Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets within established SLA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to document technical issues and resolutions.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and guide users through complex technical processes.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Proven experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
