Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues via remote access and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical tickets escalated by the support team during weekend operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and improve system stability.
- Monitor system performance and proactively communicate potential outages to stakeholders.
- Conduct virtual training sessions for new clients to ensure proper system utilization.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and basic network protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to the San Antonio office if required for training.
