Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems for employees working on weekends.
- System Administration: Perform routine server maintenance, patch management, and security updates to ensure system stability and data integrity.
- Help Desk Management: Manage and prioritize incoming IT support tickets using Jira and Zendesk efficiently.
- User Support & Training: Provide hands-on technical support and assist users with software installation and configuration.
- Security Compliance: Monitor system logs for anomalies and ensure all security protocols are followed strictly during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and Remote Desktop Services.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
