Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI roadmaps for 2026 and beyond, aligning with emerging technological trends
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of AI researchers, engineers, and product specialists
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and compliance protocols for next-gen systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate AI strategy into organizational growth plans
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies (quantum computing, neural networks, etc.) for commercial application
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and industry forums
- Oversee budget allocation for AI research and development initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years of AI leadership experience
- Proven track record in developing and scaling AI solutions for enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in machine learning architectures, natural language processing, and computer vision
