Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled maintenance, patch management, and security audits during weekend hours.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor server health and perform preventative maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with the L2/L3 support team to escalate and resolve complex tickets efficiently.
- Document all technical procedures and incident reports in the centralized knowledge base.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals for the upcoming week.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk roles.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Must be available to work alternating Saturdays and Sundays (12-hour shifts).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and navigate office environments independently.
