Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Resolve: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for onsite and remote clients during weekend hours.
- On-Site Assistance: Provide direct technical support to employees at client locations, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of all technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Hardware Management: Assist in the deployment, maintenance, and repair of IT assets, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients to explain technical solutions and provide training where necessary.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage IT inventory levels during shift hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical certification.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows and macOS operating systems; familiarity with network troubleshooting is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) on a recurring basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
