Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Architect and implement robust backend APIs and database solutions to support high-traffic weekend campaigns.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and perform system troubleshooting to ensure 99.9% uptime during critical weekend shifts.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap for our weekend engineering squad.
- Optimize application performance and ensure strict adherence to security and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, or Django.
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to code quality.
- Willingness to obtain necessary security clearances and pass background checks.
