Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 3-5 year horizon impact
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 2026 market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present trend insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to validate future-proof product concepts
- Author quarterly futurist intelligence reports for C-suite decision-making
- Build and manage an external futurist advisory network
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
