Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues for end-users.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex issues.
- Ensure 100% uptime for critical systems during weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
