Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to future-proof organizational capabilities and market positioning
- Design and facilitate foresight workshops with cross-functional teams to co-create future scenarios
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives from ideation to execution
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
