This role demands radical imagination paired with executable strategy, as you'll guide cross-disciplinary teams through emerging paradigm shifts in AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech ecosystems. Your insights will directly shape our R&D roadmap and client innovation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological/societal trends for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technology adoption
- Advise C-suite on disruptive innovation opportunities and risks
- Author forward-looking thought leadership for industry publications
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or emerging tech
- Expertise in at least 3 exponential technologies (AI/ML, Quantum, BioTech)
- Published thought leadership in tech/societal forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology impact predictions
