Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech/socioeconomic trends to identify 2026 disruption opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Represent InnovateHorizons at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging technology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
