Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight strategy aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) and their commercial applications
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof innovations into development roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem including startups, academia, and thought leaders
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technological transitions
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- MSc or MBA in technology management, strategic planning, or related field
