- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity problems.
- Assist remote users with login issues and software installations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the full-time team during shift handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
