Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design end-to-end AI systems that scale to millions of users.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on NLP and Computer Vision.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model performance.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning models.
- Strong background in data engineering and large-scale distributed systems.
