Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Lead scenario planning for global systemic shifts (climate, governance, economic)
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging autonomous systems
- Collaborate with NASA, MIT, and WHO on next-gen human augmentation protocols
- Present future forecasts to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for near-future breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Published research on exponential technologies or complex systems modeling
- Proven track record influencing policy or corporate strategy for 2020+ initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, CRISPR, and neurotech landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-oriented implementations
