Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and carbon-negative tech
- Lead patent strategy for emerging technologies with 15+ annual filings
- Direct $50M+ R&D budget across 5 innovation verticals
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech councils
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board quarterly
- Mentor 20+ engineers/researchers in future-tech methodologies
- Drive commercialization of lab breakthroughs with 3+ product launches/year
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Experience securing $100M+ in government/venture funding
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strategic foresight certification from World Future Society
- Portfolio of 20+ patents or peer-reviewed innovations
